I'Deli Cafe is looking for a reliable, hands-on Restaurant Maintenance Technician to keep our restaurant operations running safely and smoothly. You will be responsible for proactively inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, and general facility components to minimize downtime and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
- Equipment Repair: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial kitchen equipment (fryers, ovens, griddles), refrigeration units etc.
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance on equipment and facilities to prevent costly breakdowns and ensure health code compliance.
- General Facilities Upkeep: Handle minor plumbing, basic carpentry, and intermediate electrical repairs (e.g., lighting, circuit checks).
- Vendor Coordination: Partner with and supervise third-party contractors for specialized repairs when necessary.
- Emergency Response: Act as the primary point of contact for urgent service calls and after-hours repair needs.
- Inventory Management: Track and order necessary replacement parts and tools
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
