- Identify, prospect, and generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and inbound channels.
- Sell SaaS subscriptions and digital marketing services (SEO, SEM/PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, web development, etc.) to businesses across target segments.
- Understand client requirements, conduct needs assessments, and recommend the right product/service mix.
- Deliver compelling product demos, presentations, and proposals tailored to client pain points.
- Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, negotiation, closing, and onboarding handover.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurately forecast revenue using a CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and subscription terms in line with company policy.
- Maintain strong post-sale relationships to drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and the evolving SaaS and digital marketing landscape.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 2–5 years of proven sales experience in SaaS products and/or digital marketing services.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Solid understanding of SaaS sales models (subscription, MRR/ARR, freemium, etc.).
- Working knowledge of digital marketing services — SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and analytics.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales productivity software.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹10,636.85 - ₹50,000.00 per month
