Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Generate high-quality leads for residential and commercial real estate projects
- Monitor and optimize Cost per Lead (CPL), Cost per Acquisition (CPA), and ROI
- Manage and improve landing pages, website performance, and conversion funnels
- Execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings
- Run A/B tests on ads, creatives, and landing pages
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure lead quality and conversion tracking
- Manage listings and campaigns on property portals like MagicBricks, 99acres, and Housing.com
- Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM systems
- Work with internal/external teams (designers, agencies, content writers) for campaign execution
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (real estate preferred)
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing (Google Ads & Meta Ads)
- Experience in lead generation campaigns with measurable results
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management processes
- Good understanding of SEO, SEM, and website analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Preferred Skills
- Experience in real estate project launches and campaign scaling
- Knowledge of retargeting strategies and marketing automation
- Basic design understanding (Canva/Adobe)
- Exposure to WhatsApp marketing and email automation tools
