Key Responsibilities
- Provide effective academic and administrative leadership to the school.
- Oversee teaching, learning, curriculum implementation, and academic standards.
- Lead, mentor, and manage teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Ensure effective discipline and a positive school environment.
- Coordinate with parents, staff, students, and management.
- Monitor faculty performance and support professional development.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day school operations in accordance with CBSE standards.
- Drive academic excellence and contribute to the overall growth of the institution.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: Any Post Graduation with B.Ed. or M.Ed.
- Relevant experience as a School Principal / senior academic leadership role is mandatory.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong people-management and leadership skills.
- Good administrative, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
- Professional, responsible, and student-focused approach.
- Experience in a CBSE school environment will be an advantage.
