Job Summary
The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for creating attractive product displays and store layouts that enhance the customer experience and increase sales. The role ensures that the store’s visual presentation reflects the brand identity while maintaining high standards of merchandising and store aesthetics.
Key ResponsibilitiesStore Display & Layout
- Design and implement creative visual displays for products in the store.
- Arrange products according to brand guidelines and seasonal themes.
- Maintain an appealing and organized store environment.
Merchandising Execution
- Set up window displays, mannequins, and promotional areas.
- Ensure products are displayed in a way that maximizes visibility and sales.
- Regularly refresh displays to keep the store visually engaging.
Brand Consistency
- Ensure all visual displays align with brand standards and guidelines.
- Maintain consistency across all merchandising elements.
Inventory & Stock Coordination
- Coordinate with the store team to ensure products displayed are available in stock.
- Replace sold items quickly to maintain display quality.
Store Aesthetics
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of fixtures, shelves, and display areas.
- Monitor lighting, signage, and overall store appearance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Design, Marketing, or Retail Management (preferred).

Pay: ₹14,369.15 - ₹50,030.96 per month
