Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Manpower Planning
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, project, engineering, sales, administration, and support functions.
- Understand manpower requirements from HODs and ensure timely hiring.
- Prepare job descriptions and coordinate interviews, selection, and onboarding.
- Maintain a database of candidates and potential talent.
- Ensure proper joining documentation and employment formalities.
2. Employee Onboarding & Documentation
- Conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees.
- Ensure completion of joining forms, KYC, educational documents, employment agreements, and other HR records.
- Maintain accurate and updated employee master data.
- Ensure employees understand company policies, rules, and procedures.
3. Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor daily attendance, late coming, permissions, and leave records.
- Ensure compliance with company attendance and leave policies.
- Track absenteeism and take corrective action where required.
- Prepare attendance and leave reports for management and payroll processing.
4. Payroll & Employee Benefits
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leave, incentives, deductions, and other adjustments.
- Coordinate PF, ESI, professional tax, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Ensure salary-related employee queries are addressed promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee compensation information.
5. Performance Management
- Implement and monitor employee performance appraisal systems.
- Coordinate KRAs, KPIs, probation reviews, confirmations, and performance improvement plans.
- Track departmental and individual performance.
- Work with HODs to address performance gaps and improve productivity.
6. Employee Relations & Discipline
- Handle employee grievances and workplace concerns professionally.
- Ensure implementation of company policies and disciplinary procedures.
- Issue warnings, show-cause notices, and other HR communications when required.
- Maintain proper records of disciplinary matters.
- Promote professional conduct, accountability, and workplace discipline.
7. HR Policies & Compliance
- Develop, implement, and periodically update HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain HR registers, records, employee files, and statutory documentation.
- Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, and authorities when required.
8. Training & Development
- Identify training requirements in consultation with department heads.
- Organize induction, technical, behavioural, safety, and soft-skill training programs.
- Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Support employee development and career progression.
9. Employee Engagement
- Plan employee engagement activities, celebrations, recognition programs, and team-building initiatives.
- Promote a positive and professional workplace culture.
- Improve employee communication and engagement with management.
10. Full & Final Settlement / Exit Management
- Manage resignation, notice period, handover, exit interviews, and relieving formalities.
- Ensure proper recovery and handover of company assets.
- Coordinate full & final settlement with Accounts.
- Ensure transfer of responsibilities, documents, data, and company property before relieving employees.
11. HR Reporting & MIS
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports for management.
- Maintain reports on manpower, recruitment, attendance, attrition, leave, payroll, performance, and disciplinary matters.
- Provide management with HR analytics and recommendations for improving employee productivity.
12. Administration
- Oversee general office administration and employee facilities.
- Coordinate housekeeping, security, office supplies, uniforms, ID cards, and other administrative requirements.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.

- Timely closure of manpower requirements.
- Employee retention and reduction in unnecessary attrition.
- Attendance and punctuality compliance.
- Payroll accuracy and timely processing.
- Timely completion of performance appraisals.
- HR policy and statutory compliance.
- Employee grievance resolution time.
- Proper completion of joining and exit formalities.
- Employee engagement and productivity improvement.
- Accuracy and timely submission of HR MIS reports.
Required Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
- Graduation in any discipline.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, recruitment, payroll, and labour compliance.
Experience
6–10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an engineering, electrical, construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, or project-based organization.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
