Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and passionate TGT Physics Teacher who can effectively teach Physics concepts as per CBSE guidelines while managing the Physics Laboratory. The candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, practical laboratory skills, and the ability to create an engaging learning environment through activity-based and experiential learning.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. (Physics) / M.Sc. (Physics).
- B.Ed. is mandatory.
- CTET/TET qualification preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school preferred.
- Physics Laboratory Responsibilities
- Conduct Physics practicals, demonstrations, and laboratory activities.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, instruments, chemicals, and consumables.
- Ensure proper laboratory safety procedures and compliance.
- Prepare laboratory schedules and practical examination arrangements.
- Maintain stock registers, issue registers, and inventory records.
- Assist in procurement and maintenance of laboratory materials.
- Guide students in practical files, projects, investigatory activities, and science exhibitions.
Key Responsibilities:
Academic Responsibilities
- Teach Physics to student as per CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare annual curriculum plans, lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and question papers.
- Deliver interactive and concept-based classroom sessions using modern teaching methodologies.
- Conduct regular assessments, projects, practical evaluations, and remedial classes.
- Monitor and maintain student academic records and progress reports.
- Prepare students for school examinations and CBSE assessments.
- Integrate technology, smart boards, and digital resources into teaching-learning processes.
General Responsibilities
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings, workshops, and school events.
- Support co-curricular and science club activities.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers for interdisciplinary projects and academic planning.
- Perform duties assigned by school management from time to time.
Required Skills
- Strong conceptual understanding of Physics.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to conduct and supervise laboratory practicals safely.
- Proficiency in MS Office, smart classroom tools, and digital teaching platforms.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage students through practical learning.

- As per school norms and candidate experience.
