- Prepare operation theatre prior to surgeries
- Ensure all surgical instruments are sterilized and arranged as per procedure
- Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and nurses during operations
- Check and maintain OT equipment (anesthesia machine, monitors, suction, cautery, OT lights, etc.)
- Maintain sterile environment inside OT
- Handle surgical instruments carefully during procedures
- Ensure proper biomedical waste disposal as per hospital policy
- Maintain OT records and documentation
- Shift patients safely to and from the OT
- Follow infection control and safety guidelines
