Role Overview
This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants hands-on exposure to building a consumer brand from the ground up.
You will work closely with the Founder and gain exposure to:
-Product development
-Brand building
-Marketing
-Operations
-Vendor management
-Market research
-Business strategy
~No two days will be the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Business & Market Research
Conduct competitor analysis and market research
Track industry trends and consumer insights
Analyze customer reviews and identify recurring pain points
Support product and category research projects
- Brand & Marketing Support
Maintain content calendars
Organize creative references and swipe files
Research influencers and creators for collaborations
Coordinate with designers, photographers, and freelancers
Track content and campaign performance
- Operations & Project Coordination
Follow up with vendors and manufacturing partners
Maintain project trackers and timelines
Coordinate packaging and artwork updates
Organize business documents and records
Assist in launch planning and execution
Prepare meeting notes and action trackers
Conduct ad-hoc research projects
Support execution of key business initiatives
Help ensure important tasks do not fall through the cracks
Who Should Apply

- Highly organized and detail-oriented

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong in written and verbal communication
- Proficient in Google Sheets, Docs, and PowerPoint
- Interested in startups, consumer brands, marketing, or business operations
Prior experience is not mandatory.
Attitude, ownership, and learning ability matter more than experience.
