Position: Business Development Manager (Solar)
Role Overview:
Responsible for driving sales growth for residential and commercial solar projects through lead generation, customer interaction, and coordination with technical teams. The role requires strong communication skills and a basic understanding of solar solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads for solar rooftop projects.
- Understand customer needs and propose suitable solar solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to close sales.
- Coordinate with technical/operations teams for smooth project handover.
- Maintain CRM records, sales data, and customer documentation.
- Explain system capacity, pricing, and timelines to clients.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and build customer relationships.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of residential and commercial solar solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts simply.
- Customer-focused, target-oriented approach.
- Basic MS Excel and CRM knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Graduated in any discipline.
- 1.5–3 years of sales/business development experience (solar industry preferred).
- Willing to travel for meetings and site visits.
- Must be based in Delhi.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
