The Hospital Marketing Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the hospital in order to attract new patients, promote the hospital’s services, and enhance its overall visibility and build the hospital’s brand and ensure a positive public image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hospital services and specializations.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand the hospital's offerings and craft marketing messages accordingly.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
Branding & Promotion:
- Build and maintain the hospital’s brand presence both online and offline.
- Organize events, health camps, seminars, and workshops to raise awareness of hospital services.
- Manage promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and banners, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Educational Background: Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in healthcare marketing or a similar role.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of healthcare services and patient engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
