- Handle daily administrative tasks and office operations
- Maintain records, files, and documentation (physical & digital)
- Perform data entry and update internal databases
- Manage emails, calls, and correspondence
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
- Prepare reports, MIS, and basic documentation
- Handle billing, invoices, and basic accounts support
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Assist in HR-related activities (attendance, onboarding, etc.)
- Ensure proper filing and compliance with company procedures
