Roles & Responsibilities:
- Couple counselling: Provide emotional and psychological support to couples undergoing IVF and fertility treatments.
- Patient education: Explain treatment processes, risks, and expected outcomes in clear, empathetic language.
- Stress management: Help couples cope with anxiety, stress, and emotional challenges during fertility journeys.
- Relationship guidance: Strengthen communication and understanding between partners facing infertility issues.
- Support groups: Organize group counselling sessions and workshops for couples to share experiences.
- Doctor collaboration: Work closely with IVF specialists, psychologists, and nurses to provide holistic patient care.
- Documentation: Maintain counselling records, patient progress notes, and ensure confidentiality.
- Awareness programs: Conduct seminars and camps to spread awareness about fertility treatments and emotional well-being.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Postgraduate in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in counselling (preferably in healthcare/IVF settings).
- Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
