EDUVERSE GLOBAL ACADEMY is looking for passionate and result-oriented IELTS, GRE, and TOEFL Trainers to join our growing academic team. We are seeking dynamic tutors who can train students with effective teaching methodologies, structured lesson planning, and high-quality study materials.
The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide students toward achieving high scores in international language proficiency and aptitude examinations.
Job Location
Candidates should reside within approximately 5 to 8 km radius of the academy location - Gandhi nagar 1st main road, Adyar.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle IELTS, GRE, and TOEFL coaching sessions professionally.
- Train students in all required modules:
- IELTS: Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking
- TOEFL: Reading, Listening, Speaking, Writing
- GRE: Verbal Reasoning, Analytical Writing, Quantitative basics (preferred)
- Prepare structured lesson plans for every batch.
- Design and provide study materials, worksheets, mock tests, assignments, and practice exercises.
- Conduct regular assessments and performance evaluations.
- Track student progress and provide individualized guidance.
- Help students improve vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, writing skills, and exam strategies.
- Maintain classroom discipline and professional teaching standards.
- Coordinate with academy management regarding batch schedules and academic planning.
- Support students with doubt clarification and score improvement techniques.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 to 5 years of experience in IELTS / GRE / TOEFL training.
- Strong English communication and presentation skills.
- Prior experience in handling international exam coaching is preferred.
- Ability to simplify concepts and engage students effectively.
- Must be confident in handling both individual and group sessions.
- Should be punctual, responsible, and professionally committed.
- Candidates with certification/training background in IELTS, TOEFL, or GRE will have added advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Excellent command over spoken and written English.
- Good classroom management skills.
- Ability to prepare customized lesson plans.
- Familiarity with latest exam patterns and scoring criteria.
- Digital teaching skills and ability to prepare soft-copy materials.
