About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to drive strategic growth across enterprise and government sectors. This role offers an opportunity to sell high-impact technology solutions and engage with CXOs to solve complex business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new enterprise business acquisition across assigned territories.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline (70% hunting | 30% account growth).
- Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Engage CXOs and decision-makers through a consultative sales approach.
- Position AI, Email, and Digital Transformation solutions aligned with business outcomes.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to craft winning solutions.
- Expand existing accounts into long-term strategic partnerships.
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets while maintaining accurate forecasts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in B2B Enterprise Sales, SaaS Sales, IT Services Sales, or Solution Sales.
- Proven track record of closing mid-to-large enterprise deals (₹10L – ₹2Cr+).
- Experience in one or more of the following:
- Cloud Solutions
- SaaS Products
- Enterprise Email Solutions
- AI Solutions
- Software / IT Services
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
- Experience engaging CXO-level stakeholders and handling multiple decision-makers.
- Ability to manage complex and long sales cycles.
- High ownership mindset with a target-driven approach.
