As we expand our football performance division, we are looking for a dedicated Sports Scientist with hands-on experience working with football teams or academies.
We are hiring a qualified Sports Scientist with expertise in Strength and Conditioning to join our rehabilitation team, responsible for designing evidence-based training programs, enhancing athletic performance, and supporting injury prevention and recovery.
Your Role:
- Collaborate with sports physicians, physiotherapists, and coaches to elevate football performance
- Monitor training loads using GPS, HR, and RPE data
- Conduct fitness testing, performance analysis, and load management
- Develop individualized conditioning and recovery plans
- Assist in sports medicine consultations with performance-based input
- Support injury prevention and return-to-play strategies
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Sports Science, Exercise Physiology, or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience with football teams or players
- Skilled in GPS and performance monitoring tools (e.g. STAT Sports, Catapult)
- Solid grasp of football-specific physical demands and injury mechanisms
- Passionate about athlete performance, data analytics, and rehab collaboration
