Job Title: Accountant – Individual Contributor
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 3–6 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations independently
- Manage accounts payable & receivable processes
- Prepare bank reconciliations, MIS reports, and financial statements
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with taxation, GST, TDS, and statutory requirements
- Coordinate with auditors and internal stakeholders when required
- Monitor expense tracking and ledger scrutiny
- Support monthly and yearly financial closing activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance (B.Com/M.Com preferred)
- Good knowledge of Tally, ERP, and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and taxation
- Ability to work independently as an Individual Contributor
- Good analytical and communication skills
