THE ROLE -
We are looking for a Social Media Manager who wakes up thinking about content. Someone who can write a Hindi reel script for a cotton farmer in Yavatmal at 9am and draft a LinkedIn thought-leadership piece for a VC audience by noon. Someone who doesn’t need to be told to check analytics — because they already did, before the standup. You will own the digital voice of Paramverse — across every platform, every audience, every campaign. You build the content calendar. You shoot and edit the videos. You write the copy. You run the ads. You track the numbers. You report what worked and kill what didn’t. You find the farmers who should be our ambassadors. You make Paramatma Models show up where it needs to show up. You are not a cog.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -
1. Content Creation Create content that earns attention — not just fills a feed. Short-form videos (Reels, Shorts), carousels, WhatsApp creatives, long-form YouTube, static posts, and campaign collateral.
Write in English and Hindi across three distinct brand voices: Paramverse Bio (earthy, rooted in science), ParamAIQ (sharp, AI-meets-agriculture), and Paramatma Models (intellectual, built for thinkers).
Develop farmer-facing educational content — crop protection tips, product usage guides, seasonal agri-advice — in regional languages where applicable.
Build and manage WhatsApp broadcast campaigns and KisanBot content pipelines to reach farmers at scale.
Collaborate with the Founder to produce book promotion content for Paramatma Models — author positioning, key ideas, event amplification, and reader testimonials. 2. Paid Advertising
Run Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns that actually convert — not just campaigns that spend. Own the budget, own the targeting, own the results.
Build custom and lookalike audiences for farmers in rural India and agri-trade professionals in metros — same week, different briefs.
Develop data-backed A/B testing frameworks across creatives, copy, and channels to continuously improve campaign ROI.

3. Post Tracking & Reporting Track every single post across all platforms — reach, impressions, engagement, follower movement — logged and reviewed.
Maintain a live performance dashboard. Know which content formats win on which platforms.
Tell leadership what’s working and what’s dead weight — before they ask.
Use platform-native tools: Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube Studio, Google Analytics.
4. Growth Strategy Own a written 0 to 1 lakh users growth plan — phased, platform-specific, with clear milestones and named tactics.
Understand virality on Instagram, professional reach on LinkedIn, broadcast scale on WhatsApp, and search intent on YouTube.
Run experiments. Kill what doesn’t work. Double down on what does.
Build a KOL and influencer network — nano farmers, agri-YouTubers, agronomists, tech creators, and book community voices across India.
Identify emerging platforms, tools, and formats and test their applicability in the agri-biologicals context.
5. Founder Brand Help Ashit Chheda build a public presence on LinkedIn and beyond that reflects Paramatma Models — positioning him as a voice at the intersection of farming, technology, and ideas.
Create and manage a content stream that is distinct from the company brand but complementary to it.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR -
The Non-Negotiables You have run Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns end-to-end. Not boosted posts.
Actual campaigns with budgets, targeting, and results you can show.
You can create content without a team. Camera, Canva, CapCut — whatever it takes. You track every post and report on it.
You know your numbers.
You write and speak in English and Hindi. Fluently.
You can hold three brand voices in your head and switch between them in the same day. You have a clear point of view on how to grow a social presence from zero to scale. You can articulate it.
You can execute it. What Will Set You Apart You understand Indian farming — the crop cycles, the input purchase behaviour, the language of the mandi.
You are fluent in vernacular content creation and can think in the language of the farmer, not just the marketer.
You have a sharp eye for what works on digital — reels, shorts, WhatsApp forwards — and you can reverse-engineer virality in an agri context.
You use AI tools to work faster — image generation, video, copy. You speak Marathi, Gujarati, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, or Bengali.
You have promoted an author, a book, or a public intellectual before.
The words ‘systems thinking’ or ‘philosophy’ don’t make you change the subject.
WHY THIS ROLE, WHY NOW The agri-biologicals category in India is at an inflection point. The companies that build brand presence and digital infrastructure in the next two to three years will define the category for a decade. Paramverse Bio has the products, the capital, and the channel reach. What we need now is someone who can convert that potential into a powerful, data-driven, farmer-first brand presence — across platforms, across states, across languages. The person who takes this role will not execute campaigns from a template — they will build the digital identity of one of India’s most ambitious agri-biologicals businesses.
