Key Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioural assessments and develop individualized intervention plans.
- Deliver one-on-one behavioural therapy sessions.
- Implement behaviour modification strategies and monitor progress.
- Collaborate with speech therapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, and families.
- Train parents and caregivers on behaviour management techniques.
- Maintain clinical documentation and therapy reports.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and treatment planning.
Qualifications
- M.Sc. in Psychology.
- M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology or Rehabilitation Psychology.
- RCI Registration preferred.
- Freshers and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, developmental delays, or learning disabilities.
- Strong observation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Empathetic, patient, and passionate about improving children's lives.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
