About the Role
This role offers dynamic exposure to Human Resources operations, recruitment cycles, employee engagement, and people policy design. As a Skyla Scholar – HR, you’ll support the full spectrum of human resources activities while gaining insight into culture-building and compliance in a hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities
· Assist in screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding logistics.
· Help organize induction programs and maintain new hire records.
· Support payroll coordination and data input for timely salary disbursements.
· Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
· Maintain and update employee records in HRIS tools.
· Assist in tracking attendance, leaves, and HR compliance checks.
· Participate in the performance review process and coordinate training schedules.
· Support grievance redressal and internal policy dissemination.

Qualifications

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
