Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer / Maintenance Supervisor to manage plant maintenance activities and ensure smooth and efficient operation of machinery. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance within an industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and take corrective actions to minimize equipment downtime.
- Monitor machine performance and ensure reliable plant operations.
- Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with production teams to resolve maintenance-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company maintenance procedures.
- Support continuous improvement activities for equipment efficiency and reliability.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–3 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
- Practical knowledge of mechanical equipment troubleshooting and maintenance practices.
- Good understanding of safety procedures and maintenance documentation.
- Ability to work independently and handle breakdown situations effectively.
