Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Post Sales Executive to manage customer relationships after the sale, ensure smooth handover of properties, coordinate with internal departments, and provide excellent customer support throughout the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers after booking.
- Handle customer queries, requests, and service-related concerns.
- Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Accounts, Legal, and Project teams for timely resolution of customer issues.
- Assist customers with documentation, agreement processes, and payment follow-ups.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding project progress and possession timelines.
- Maintain accurate customer records and MIS reports.
- Ensure a smooth customer experience from booking to possession.
- Collect customer feedback and work towards improving customer satisfaction.
- Support customer engagement and retention activities.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of CRM processes and customer service practices.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in Real Estate, Construction, Banking, Insurance, or Customer Service will be preferred.
