We are looking for a highly motivated sales professional who can take complete ownership of client acquisition—from lead generation to closing deals and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound sales leads.
- Contact potential clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable Viatrix services.
- Conduct online sales meetings and product demonstrations via Zoom or Google Meet.
- Prepare and explain proposals, pricing, and service packages.
- Follow up consistently with prospects until closure.
- Maintain and update CRM with lead status and customer interactions.
- Generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, referrals, networking, and other prospecting methods whenever required.
- Build long-term relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth client onboarding.
- Achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.
- Share regular sales reports and pipeline updates with management.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Confidence in speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
- Ability to conduct professional online meetings independently.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
