Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain & Inventory Manager to manage end-to-end supply chain, inventory, order management, ERP operations, and logistics activities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate end-to-end international shipments, from order placement to final delivery.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping agents, warehouses, transporters, and customers to ensure smooth movement of goods.
- Track shipments, monitor ETAs, and proactively resolve delays, damages, shortages, and other logistics issues.
- Ensure all shipping and commercial documentation is accurate and available on time.
- Monitor logistics costs, freight charges, lead times, and overall supply chain performance.
- Maintain proper records of purchase orders, invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, delivery records, and other supply chain documentation.
- Manage inventory levels across warehouses and ensure optimum stock availability without unnecessary overstocking
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure proper storage, labeling, stock identification, and FIFO/FEFO practices
- Work on ERP System on Order time ERP
- Maintain accurate ERP inventory, purchase order, sales order, shipment, and stock transaction records.
- Handle international shipment planning, documentation, customs coordination, freight forwarders, and shipment tracking.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Relevant experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Logistics, Warehouse, or Order Management.
- Strong understanding of inventory control, stock reconciliation, order processing, shipment coordination, and warehouse operations.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, inventory management software, or WMS.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables
- Experience with international shipping, logistics coordination, and shipment documentation
- Work closely with Sales, Procurement, Finance, Warehouse, Production, Logistics, and Customer Service teams
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
