We are looking for an experienced HR Executive for our Bangalore location who is willing to work in the night shift.
The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing onboarding activities.
The role also includes maintaining employee records, handling HR documentation, and ensuring smooth communication with employees.
Candidates should have good communication skills, prior HR experience, and the flexibility to work in night shifts.
Candidates should have knowledge and experience of handling warehouse operations, hiring and handling blue collar employees.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
