About the Role
We are looking for experienced and target-driven Solar Sales Representatives with hands-on experience in solar panel and battery sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of generating business, closing deals, and achieving revenue targets.
This role is ideal for professionals who understand consultative selling and can guide customers toward the right solar and energy storage solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and close sales for solar and battery solutions.
- Identify and approach residential and commercial customers.
- Conduct client consultations and explain product features, benefits, ROI, and system suitability.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal operations and installation teams for seamless project execution.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reporting.
- Build long-term customer relationships and generate repeat business and referrals.
Eligibility Criteria
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of mandatory experience in Solar + Battery Sales
- Proven experience in closing sales and achieving targets
Skills Required
- Strong negotiation and closing ability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Customer relationship management skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Schedule
5.5 days/week
Australian Shift - Early Morning
Monday to Friday - 5 am to 2 pm
Saturday - 5 am to 11 am
