Role description
The role will focus on developing people and process solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, specifically:
- Power BI dashboard development and data visualisation
- SharePoint site and list design
- Power Automate workflow development
The individual will help build and enhance chapter sites, dashboards, and automation to support our people and process initiatives.

Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting
- Develop and enhance SharePoint sites and lists
- Create Power Automate workflows to streamline processes
- Support people and process improvement initiatives across the chapter
- Work with stakeholders to translate requirements into practical solutions
Key competencies:
- Strong attention to detail
- Good data visualisation and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- Good understanding of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform tooling
