Key Responsibilities:
- Dining Area Cleaning:
- Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and countertops after each guest leaves.
- Sweep and mop floors regularly, ensuring dining areas are spotless.
- Dust and clean windows, light fixtures, and other surfaces.
- Kitchen and Back-of-House Support:
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and prep areas (e.g., cleaning floors, wiping down surfaces, and ensuring proper waste disposal).
- Empty trash bins and dispose of garbage properly.
- Support the kitchen staff by cleaning dishes, utensils, and equipment as needed.
- Assist with Set-up and Closing:
- Help with setting up dining areas before opening and cleaning up at the end of the day.
- Assist in any additional cleaning tasks to prepare the restaurant for the next shift or business day.
- Hygiene and Safety:
- Follow all cleaning protocols and health regulations to ensure the restaurant maintains high standards of hygiene and safety.
