About the Role
THE ROYAL TOURISM is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and energetic individuals to join our growing team. This role combines holiday sales and travel operations, making it an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to build a career in the travel and tourism industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.• Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable holiday packages.• Prepare travel itineraries and quotations.• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings.• Coordinate hotel, flight, transport, and sightseeing bookings.• Communicate with hotels, transport providers, and travel partners.• Assist customers with travel-related information and documentation.• Maintain booking records and customer databases.• Provide support to customers before, during, and after travel.• Ensure smooth execution of holiday packages and travel arrangements.
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.• Basic computer and internet knowledge.• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.• Strong customer service skills.• Passion for travel and tourism.• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
