We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Email Marketing Executive( Fresher) of proven expertise in planning, designing, executing, and optimizing data-backed email campaigns. The ideal candidate is deeply skilled in marketing automation, segmentation, analytics, deliverability management, and creative campaign strategy.

Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good command of English grammar and writing.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and Email Marketing concepts.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn new tools.
- Prepare and schedule promotional, newsletter, and campaign emails.
- Maintain and update email databases while ensuring data accuracy.
- Create compelling email subject lines and engaging content.
- Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversions.
- Support A/B testing to improve email campaign performance.
- Coordinate with content, design, and marketing teams for campaign execution.
- Ensure emails follow brand guidelines and industry best practices.
- Maintain campaign reports and provide basic performance insights.
- Stay updated with the latest email marketing trends and best practices.
