Job Summary
The Pantry Assistant is responsible for maintaining the office pantry, preparing and serving beverages, ensuring cleanliness, and supporting employees and visitors with refreshments. The role also includes maintaining pantry supplies and ensuring hygiene standards are followed.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other beverages to employees and visitors.
- Serve refreshments during meetings and conferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pantry and dining areas.
- Wash and organize cups, glasses, plates, and pantry utensils.
- Monitor pantry stock and inform the administration team when supplies need replenishment.
- Receive and arrange pantry supplies and consumables.
- Ensure drinking water dispensers and coffee/tea machines are clean and functional.
- Dispose of waste properly and keep the pantry neat at all times.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist with office housekeeping tasks related to the pantry, as assigned.

Qualifications
- Minimum 10th Pass (preferred).
- Previous experience as a Pantry Assistant, Office Boy, or Housekeeping Staff is an advantage.
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in office pantry, hospitality, or housekeeping services.
Working Conditions

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,207.70 per month
