Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to provide exceptional assistance to our customers. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience through professional communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams and follow up until resolution.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Meet individual and team performance metrics, including response times and customer satisfaction goals.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer concerns are addressed effectively.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and process changes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
