About the Role
Mahatta Media Solutions is looking for a Localization Executive to manage multilingual content projects, including translation, voice-over, subtitling, dubbing, and media localization services. The role involves coordinating with vendors, freelancers, clients, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and with high quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate translation, voice-over, dubbing, and subtitling projects.
- Manage communication with translators, voice artists, freelancers, and vendors.
- Assign projects and track progress to meet deadlines.
- Maintain project records, vendor databases, and reports.
- Share project requirements and timelines with vendors.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality of all assigned projects.
- Track vendor invoices and coordinate with the accounts team for payments.
Required Skills
- 3-4 years of experience in Project Coordination, Vendor Management, Localization, or Media Operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and organized.

- HubSpot, Jira
- Slack, Flock
- Verifika, X-Bench
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Smartcat AI is a plus.
