Job Summary:*
We are seeking an enthusiastic and patient coding tutor to teach programming to children in a fun and engaging manner. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of programming concepts, excellent communication skills, and a passion for inspiring young learners in coding.
*Responsibilities:*
- Conduct coding lessons for kids, typically aged in one-on-one or group settings.
- Create age-appropriate and interactive coding activities, games, and projects.
- Teach fundamental programming concepts using beginner-friendly programming languages and platforms.
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment to boost kids' confidence and curiosity.
- Adapt teaching methods to cater to each child's unique learning styles and abilities.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students grasp coding concepts and complete projects.
- Monitor and assess student progress and adjust lesson plans as necessary.
- Keep abreast of the latest coding education tools, resources, and trends.
- Communicate with parents to provide updates on their child's progress and address any concerns.
*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in any one of the programming languages suitable for kids, such as Scratch, Python, Java, C++, Web design (HTML, JavaScript, CSS), etc
- Patient and empathetic with a genuine passion for teaching kids.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Familiarity with online teaching tools and platforms.
Pay: From ₹350.00 per hour
