Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and quality-driven individual to join our Quality Assurance & Support team. We are looking for a QA Support Engineer who will be responsible for investigating, reproducing, and resolving software issues while supporting end-to-end Quality Assurance and post-deployment stability. In this role, you will bridge the gap between customer support, QA testing, and software development to ensure the integrity and performance of our web portals and mobile applications.
As a core member of the team, you will work closely with support specialists, developers, product managers, and stakeholders to analyze production issues, validate fixes, and ensure software applications consistently meet high customer expectations and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- -Execute manual testing for new features and enhancements.
- -Perform Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support.
- -Create, execute, and maintain test cases and test documentation.
- -Report, track, and verify software defects using Jira.
- -Validate software releases before production deployment.
- -Investigate issues reported by customers or internal teams.
- -Reproduce reported issues and perform preliminary analysis.
- -Coordinate with developers to understand issues and verify fixes.
- -Manage Jira tickets throughout their lifecycle.
- -Communicate professionally through emails and issue tracking systems.
- -Participate in weekly project review meetings with customers and internal teams.
- -Prepare testing reports and maintain proper documentation.
- -Support continuous improvement of QA processes and product quality.
Candidate Profile:
Required Qualifications
- -Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- -0–2 years of experience in Manual Testing, Application Support, or relevant internship/project work.
- -Good understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- -Basic understanding of Defect Life Cycle.
- -Knowledge of Functional, Regression, Smoke, and Sanity Testing.
- -Familiarity with Jira or similar issue management tools.
- -Basic knowledge of REST APIs and Postman.
- -Basic SQL knowledge for data validation.
- -Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- -Strong documentation and professional email writing skills.
- -Good analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- -Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- -Strong attention to detail.
- -Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Educational Background:
