Key Responsibilities
· Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
· Promote company products and services effectively.
· Generate qualified leads and close sales.
· Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
· Handle customer objections professionally and negotiate effectively.
· Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
· Follow up with interested prospects to maximize conversions.
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
· Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
Required Skills
· Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are an advantage).
· Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
· Good listening and interpersonal skills.
· Customer-centric mindset.
· Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
· Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
· Positive attitude with strong convincing skills.
Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per year
