As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Testing.
- Experience in designing and executing test cases for packaged and cloud-based applications.
- Familiarity with using APIs and low-code platforms to support application customization and integration.
- Strong analytical skills to identify defects and ensure quality standards are met.
- Ability to work with release management processes to coordinate application updates and deployments.
Additional Information:
