Customer interactions
Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, WhatsApp, and social
media. Address a range of issues such as orders, payments, product features, services, and technical problems,
and conduct the NPS survey according to the consumer base.
Customer satisfaction
Ensure to provide BEST IN CLASS EXPERIENCE and ensure customer satisfaction. This includes conducting
customer satisfaction surveys, and handling complaints in a timely manner.
Problem-solving
Efficiently resolving customer issues by utilizing product knowledge and spare parts information to provide
effective solutions.
Quality
As per Preethi Winning Formula Active listening, Patience, Care the Consumer, Clear communication, Technical
troubleshooting, Interpersonal skills, Organizational skills, and IT competencies, etc.
Communicate the customer issues with internal team / Lead for better resolution
Documentation
Maintaining records of customer interactions and resolutions, this may include collecting proper consumer
data base and other reports like (Complaint Registration, Enquiries capture, Call Disposition, Trade Partner email call
registration, MFI partner call registration, etc).
Training
Helping to develop team Met’s through on-the-job training and capability development interventions, also
learn more about New Launch products.
Selling
Explaining the benefits of a company's products or services and offers, promotions to customers, and convert
the leads into sale.
Emails
Replaying to customer mail quires with in derived time period (24 hrs).
Communication
Inform all un-resolved complaints/issues with Consumer Care Lead with immediate for further actions
