- Sourcing top-tier passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter and networks.
- Managing full-cycle hiring from initial screening to offer negotiation.
- Partnering with hiring managers to define ideal candidate personas.
- Delivering an exceptional, transparent candidate experience.
What we’re looking for:
- 1–2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house or agency).
- Proficiency with modern ATS platforms and advanced sourcing tools.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Table, etc)
