We are seeking an experienced Senior Specialist – Architecture (7–11 Years) on behalf of our premier client in the Information Technology industry. In this role, you will be the technical authority responsible for designing and delivering Digital Employee Folder (DEF/EDF) solutions using OpenText xECM. You will collaborate with HR, Compliance, and IT stakeholders to analyze SuccessFactors modules, establish robust document governance, and lead complex document migration strategies from legacy repositories.
Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Consultation: Conduct business process workshops with HR, Compliance, and IT stakeholders to gather enterprise requirements.
- System Analysis: Analyze Employee Central, Onboarding, Recruiting, and other SAP SuccessFactors modules to align with document management goals.
- Architecture & Taxonomy: Design Digital Employee Folder (DEF/EDF) solutions and define content taxonomy, metadata models, classifications, document types, and folder structures.
- Strategy & Governance: Create end-to-end solution architectures, deployment strategies, implementation roadmaps, and best practices for HR document governance and compliance.
- Lifecycle Management: Configure employee workspace creation, lifecycle event-based updates, document retention, and archival policies.
Technical Configuration & Execution Requirements
- xECM Core Configuration: Hands-on experience configuring Business Workspaces, Workspace Templates, Categories/Metadata, Classifications, Roles/Permissions, Document Completeness Checks, Lifecycle Management, and Records Management.
- SAP SuccessFactors Integration: Configure and validate seamless integration between OpenText xECM and SAP SuccessFactors (including Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding). Manage synchronization of employee data, roles, and organizational structures.
- Document Migration: Lead data and metadata migration activities from legacy repositories, including migration assessments, content inventory analysis, and defining migration mappings/transformation rules.
- Security & Governance: Implement strict GDPR retention policies, legal holds, audit requirements, security models, and granular access controls.
