Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing / Business Development Executive (BDE) based in Kannur. The candidate will be responsible for handling field-level marketing and lead generation activities across the Kasaragod to Calicut region. The role involves visiting colleges, building relationships, and generating potential student leads for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit colleges and educational institutions across Kasaragod, Kannur, and on a regular basis.
- Identify and generate new leads through direct interaction with students, faculty, and placement coordinators.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges and key stakeholders.
- Conduct presentations, seminars, and promotional activities in School and colleges when required.
- Collect and maintain accurate data of prospective students and follow up regularly.
- Coordinate with the Calicut centre team for lead conversion and admissions process.
- Submit daily/weekly activity and lead reports to the reporting manager.
- Report to the Calicut center once a week with all activity and performance reports.
- Achieve assigned targets for lead generation and conversions.
Travel Requirement:
- Extensive travel is required from Kasaragod to Calicut as part of the job role.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Postgraduate in any discipline. or MBA Marketing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Prior experience in sales/marketing (preferably in the education sector) is an added advantage.
Reporting:
- The Marketing / BDE will report to the Calicut Center Manager and will be required to visit the Calicut center once a week for review and reporting purposes.
