Sourcing Manager – Sales | Real Estate
Responsibilities:
- Source and onboard new channel partners, brokers, and property consultants.
- Develop and maintain strong partner relationships.
- Generate leads and drive sales through channel partners.
- Conduct project presentations and partner meetings.
- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and closures.
- Achieve monthly sourcing and sales targets.
- Expand the company’s channel partner network.
Requirements:
- 3–7 years of experience in real estate sales/channel sales.
- Strong network of brokers and channel partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
