✔ 5+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales
✔Expertise in Oncology / Urology / Hematology segment preferred
✔Strong leadership and people management skills
✔ Ability to drive regional business growth and market expansion
✔ Excellent communication, planning, and execution abilities
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage and drive overall regional sales performance
Lead and mentor ABMs and sales professionals across territories
Develop business strategies to achieve organizational goals
Strengthen relationships with doctors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities
Ensure effective execution of sales and marketing initiatives
Monitor team productivity and conduct regular performance evaluations
