Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to plan, design, and oversee the execution of residential, commercial, or hospitality interior projects. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion while ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative interior design concepts based on client requirements and project objectives.
- Prepare mood boards, space plans, layouts, and design presentations.
- Create 2D drawings, 3D models, renderings, and detailed construction documents.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, lighting, and accessories.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits and supervise project execution to ensure design quality and compliance.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and procurement activities.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and design technologies.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and client specifications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in interior design projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Photoshop, or similar design software.
- Strong understanding of space planning, color theory, materials, and furniture design.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
