Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves developing tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working with modern frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing software that meets specific business requirements. Collaboration with different teams and continuous enhancement of software components are integral parts of the daily workflow, ensuring that solutions remain efficient and aligned with evolving business needs.
Roles and responsibilities:
1. At least 6+ years experience in SAP Solution Manager Consulting with Focused Build, ChaRM modules. Cloud ALM exposure is preferable.
2. Hands on experience with SAP Solution manager modules of Project management, ChaRM, Focused Build, Solution Documentation, Test management, Release management, Basic system setup activities.
3. Hands on experience with Focused Build Workflow customization & Enhancements, Test Suite & Document Maintenance capabilities.
4. Experience in working in a regulated environment
5. Strong interpersonal skills ability to work well on cross-functional project teams and foster team commitment to tasks
6. Strong verbal and written communications skills, with an ability to express complex business concepts in technical terms.
7. Strong analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skills
8. Must be a self-starter, results-oriented and have a track record of timely, high-quality deliverables
9. Strong written and oral communication skills in English
