The core responsibilities are divided into several key areas:
- Needs Assessment & Strategy: Conduct skills gap analyses and needs assessments across departments (nursing, administration, and support staff) to align training with organizational objectives.
- Onboarding & Orientation: Design and conduct structured induction programs for newly hired doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to familiarize them with hospital policies, culture, and patient-care standards.
- Compliance & Accreditation: Ensure training modules meet regulatory and accreditation requirements (e.g., NABH, JCI) and manage documentation for audits.
- Clinical & Soft Skills Training: Coordinate or deliver training on critical areas such as infection control, emergency response, basic life support (BLS), communication, and patient empathy.
- Program Evaluation: Measure the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, performance metrics, and competency assessments.
- Vendor & Resource Management: Manage the training budget, coordinate with external trainers or specialized medical institutes, and maintain up-to-date training calendars and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
