Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead our Kothrud branch operations. The candidate will be responsible for overall branch performance, including sales growth, service operations, team management, customer satisfaction, inventory control, and profitability. The role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge of generators and power solutions, and business development skills. Branch Managers typically oversee branch operations, staff performance, budgeting, customer relationships, and business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall branch operations, sales, service, administration, and customer support.
- Achieve branch revenue, profitability, and business growth targets.
- Lead and supervise sales, service engineers, technicians, and support staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase generator sales, AMC contracts, and service business.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, industrial clients, contractors, and consultants.
- Ensure timely execution of generator installations, maintenance, and breakdown services.
- Monitor inventory, spare parts availability, and branch assets.
- Prepare branch budgets, forecasts, and performance reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Resolve customer escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct employee performance reviews, training, and development activities.
- Identify market opportunities and strengthen the branch presence in the Pune region.

Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in Generator, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Equipment, or Power Solutions industry.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in team handling or branch/operations management preferred.
Salary
As per company standards and candidate experience.
Reporting To: Director / Regional Head
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Kothrud, Pune, Maharashtra.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
