Job Description: We are looking for a smart, presentable, and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to manage the showroom reception area. The candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and will ensure a welcoming and professional experience for all customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a polite and professional manner
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate department
- Maintain visitor records and showroom footfall data
- Provide basic information about products/services offered in the showroom
- Coordinate with the sales team for customer handling
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Manage appointments and customer scheduling
- Handle customer queries and escalate issues when necessary

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
