Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced and strategic Manager – Accounts, Finance & Audit to lead finance, accounting, audit, taxation, and compliance functions. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and expertise in financial planning and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement financial strategies and internal controls
Manage accounting operations and finalization of accounts
Prepare financial reports and MIS
Handle internal audits and statutory compliance
Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS & Company Law
Manage treasury operations, cash flow, and working capital
Oversee payroll and compliance activities
Prepare budgets, costing, and variance analysis
Support business expansion and financial feasibility analysis
Review tender and project costing
Strong knowledge of Internal Audit Systems
Expertise in GST, Income Tax, TDS & Company Law
Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Tally ERP & Taxation Software
Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
