Hiring: Quality Control Engineer
Location: Pithampur Sector-3, Dhar (M.P.)
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Engineer to oversee and maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of fabrication quality control, inspections, documentation, and quality assurance processes while ensuring products meet customer and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all quality control activities in the fabrication shop.
- Lead and supervise the Quality Control (QC) team.
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections.
- Conduct client inspections and coordinate with customers during quality audits.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality records, and test documentation.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and inspection procedures.
- Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Handle customer quality complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with Production, Design, and Dispatch teams to maintain product quality.
- Monitor quality performance and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure proper implementation of quality control procedures across the shop floor.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 7–9 years of experience in Quality Control within the Fabrication or Manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication inspection and quality assurance processes.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Experience in handling client inspections and maintaining quality documentation.
- Knowledge of welding inspections, fabrication standards, and quality management systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and quality reporting.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
